According to Variety, the Oscar nominated actor has officially signed on to star in War of the Gods, the Greek inspired war film that will be directed by Tarsem Singh. Slumdog Millionaire star Freida Pinto has landed a new gig, and it will involve her interacting with the gods. According to Variety, the actress’ latest film will tackle subject matter that we’re all too familiar with, Greek Mythology. Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief just hit theaters, in a month or so we’ll be able to check out Clash of the Titans, and Pinto will be a part of the upcoming, War of the Gods.
