Over the past few months Disney and Pixar have slowly but surely unveiled all 14 of the new characters that will appear in Toy Story 3. So far we’ve brought you “Trixie”, “Twitch”, “Stretch”, “Sparks,” “Mr. Pricklepants,” “Dolly,” “Buttercup“, “Lot’s-O-Huggin Bear,” and “Trixie the Triceratops.” Today the last two additions have been revealed and their names are “Bookworm” and “Big Baby.” Take a look at them and the rest of the expanded Toy Story family…

Disney has sent over six new additions to the Toy Story 3 character list. We now have some new multi-dimensional images of “Trixie”, “Twitch”, “Stretch”, “Sparks” “Mr. Pricklepants” and “Dolly” with character description to join the ones that we already have for “Buttercup“, “Lot’s-O-Huggin Bear,” and “Trixie the Triceratops“. After seeing the film over at ShoWest, I feel like I know these characters too well, I can’t trust their sweet cuddly faces.. And although there may be a lot of them, I can assure you that they all have very distinct personalities in the film and are all given their moment in the spotlight.

As requested, we will be revealing no plot information, spoilers, or many details about Disney/Pixar’s latest addition to the Toy Story series, Toy Story 3. There are very few films out there that I support trilogies of and this is one of them, mainly because they proved with their second film that it could be just as good as the first.
The version that the screened for us here at ShoWest still had a temp score, it was in 2D and the animation was not 100% complete. It’s very hard, even for the most imaginative minds to get the full experience of a film when it’s not completely finished.

The release of Pixar’s Toy Story 3 is getting closer and closer, and over at Yahoo Movies they’ve premiered the final poster for the film. The movie doesn’t debut in theaters until June 18th, but after months of character banners, posters, and trailers, the studio has released their last piece of photo material. It features all the toys literally crammed on to one sheet, which makes us realize there are a lot of characters in this thing!
