For months Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie have been working overseas on the set of The Tourist. It’s a thriller directed by Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck that forces both actors to bring their A-game. This is one of those films where nothing is what it appears to be and everything happens for a reason. How many casting and creative shake ups can one movie take? Charlize Theron and Sam Worthington were originally set to star opposite one another in The Tourist, with Bharat Nalluri set to direct. The next thing you know, Theron’s out and is replaced by Angelina Jolie, then Nalluri’s out and is replaced by Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck, who has since left and now Worthington has jumped ship right along with him. There’s only one person who can save this train wreck, Mr. Johnny Depp.

Last week, one of the biggest news stories had to do with the the Oscar winning switcheroo between Charlize Theron and Angelina Jolie for the film, The Tourist. Theron was originally set to star opposite Sam Worthington, but dropped out for undisclosed reasons.
