After months of negotiation, Warner Bros and the returning cast from last summer’s The Hangover have finalized their contracts for the sequel. The actors were going back in forth regarding the amount of money they would receive after the first movie made them breakout stars (especially Zach Galifianakis). Todd Phillips didn’t waste anytime working on the sequel to last summer’s hit, The Hangover. The director recently spoke to Entertainment Weekly and gave a script update, and dished about a couple of changes that he’s made in terms of the film’s location. In the last movie, Las Vegas was almost a secondary character but Phillips says it won’t be the focal point the next time around.
A while back, we brought you an article stating that last summer’s The Hangover may go from a box office to a critical success this awards season. There had been rumors that the film’s producers were trying to market star Zach Galifianakis as a Best Supporting Actor contender for the Academy Awards, and now their going for Best Picture.

I just came across an interesting article on EW.com, where they discussed one of the many possible Oscar contenders for the upcoming ceremony. Hold on to your butts, because you won’t believe who they think has a chance in not one but multiple categories. I’m talking about Todd Phillips’ summer comedy, The Hangover!
It’s time for the 13th Annual Hollywood Film Festival and an official press release was just sent out revealing the film roster for this year’s event. The programming includes features, documentaries, shorts and music videos from around the world, including films from Bulgaria, Canada, Germany, Israel, Mexico, the Netherlands, South Korea, Spain, Uganda, the United Kingdom and of course, the United States.
