Two talents, both incredible in two very different but important ways. One thing is undeniable about Cher, she is one fierce woman to sit down with, but she’s also incredibly and surprisingly friendly. No matter how many times people attack her, she just keeps coming back fighting with a few good jokes to boot. This week, Burlesque hits theaters with all the songs and dance that you could possibly want, but it has a couple of things you don’t see in every musical, an icon and one of the best actors working today to raise the bar of the entire film, Stanley Stucci.
Find out what the powerful couple had to say about working in the business, being attached by fans and making “Gay-Fantasia”…

This weekend take a trip down memory lane and relive the awkwardness of high school with the help of Emma Stone and John Hughes. Easy A is a comedy that slightly mirrors the tale of the literary classic The Scarlet Letter but that’s just a tip of the iceberg. It’s more about the representation of young love and relationships in Hollywood, and pokes fun at them with the help of every 80s movie cliche in the book. It’s fun, it’s entertaining, and most importantly it’s clever.

Academy Award nominated actor Stanley Tucci can do it all: comedy, drama, musicals, you name it and he’ll excel at it. Coming fresh off his acclaimed performance in The Lovely Bones, he takes on a lighter role in the new comedy Easy A where he plays the father of a teenage girl who’s been named the school slut after she spreads a false lie about her sex life. He joins Patricia Clarkson, who plays his wife, to light up the screen as unconventional parents who steal every scene they’re in.
I recently had the opportunity to speak with Tucci during the Los Angeles press day for the film and he spoke about his role and compared his real parenting technique to his alter ego’s. He also discussed his professional and personal relationship with Clarkson, and gave his stamp of approval to rising star Emma Stone. Check out the interview…

This movie is too good to be true. Everytime Meryl Streep teams up with Stanley Tucci magic happens. Whatever those two have, they should bottle it and sell it at a ridiculously high price — I’d buy it! According to THR, the Oscar winning actress and the Oscar nominated actor will reunite for the mother-daughter comedy, Mommy & Me co-starring Tina Fey.
