Getting Matt Damon and Scarlett Johansson for his follow up to Elizabethtown was not a bad idea for Cameron Crowe. It’s been a while since we had a Cameron Crowe feature in theaters. Luckily, we won’t be waiting much longer – We Bought a Zoo is coming out this winter. While there’s still no news on a first trailer, USA Today revealed a set of first look photos. From that we can get a hint that we’re in for a treat. See for yourself.
If you thought Jessica Alba was a hot pregnant mom, get a hold of this – this weekend SNL’s host Scarlett Johansson appeared on SNL for a “My Super Sweet 16 and Pregnant” skit which a parodied the shows “My Super Sweet 16″ and “16 and Pregnant.” In the skit, Johansson flaunted a huge pregnant belly while wearing a super short-and-sexy red dress and a huge tiara while delivering the line, “I’m rich. I’m beautiful and I’m fully dilated,” said Johansson.

After weeks of bouncing between several of Hollywood’s hottest actresses Cameron Crowe has finally nailed down the female lead for his upcoming film We Bought a Zoo. According to Deadline, Scarlett Johansson has beat out Amy Adams, Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Rachel McAdams to land the part.
Hollywood is rounding up the usual suspects for the female lead in the upcoming big screen adaptation of The Great Gatsby, the film based on the classic novel of the same name written by F. Scott Fitzgerald from 1925. According to Deadline, a who’s who of actresses have been named as serious contenders for the part including Natalie Portman, Scarlett Johansson, Keira Knightley, Rachel Hall, and Michelle Williams.
Marvel is going to milk the entire roster of The Avengers until there’s nothing left. Not every member of the team has enough clout to have their own solo movie but that’s not stopping them from producing one for Black Widow. Word on the street is that Scarlett Johansson is in talks with the studio to do a spin-off that features her assassin character, Natasha Romanoff.
It’s the battle of superhero vixens for a role in Alfonso Cuaron’s upcoming film Gravity. According to THR, Scarlett Johansson and Blake Lively are both up for the lead in the film but only one of them can walk away with the part (dun, dun, dun!). Last night during the MTV Movie Awards she was honored with the Generation Award, which was presented by her co-stars Bradley Cooper (All About Steve), Betty White (The Proposal), and Scarlett Johansson…wait Scarlett Johansson?! What was she doing there? While Cooper and White spoke Bullock’s praises Johansson just sat there like a stone, so they had to do something drastic to break the tension and address the elephant in the room…
