According to EW, the actor has struck up a deal with the CBS network to produce a new crime drama called “Rookies,” and guess what it will center on? Cops! Earlier this week it was confirmed that Martin Scorsese and Robert De Niro would join forces again for their ninth feature film entitled, The Irishman. De Niro has been talking about the film since early this spring and now it looks like everything’s really coming together. In an interview with MTV, he revealed that not only was he on board, but so was Al Pacino and Joe Pesci.

It’s been a while since the duo made cinematic magic together, but the wait has been worth it. According to Digital Spy, Scorsese has confirmed that they’ll both work on The Irishman, a crime drama that will mark their ninth joint feature.
Mark Wahlberg is keeping himself busy with a lot of projects but we know for a fact that The Crow reboot won’t be one of them. On a lighter note, he has confirmed plans to star in another highly anticipated adaptation, Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune! Dun! Dun! Dun!
