Tonight's season finale of Parks and Recreation might very well be a series finale if NBC decides not to renew the excellent TV comedy. But surely that's crazy talk, yes? And so we close the curtain on season five with the episode "Are You Better Off?".

Parks and Recreation's last season was almost perfect. It was one brilliant episode after another matching top-notch writing with outstanding ensemble acting. As it opens season five, the question facing the show is whether or not it can sustain that high level of excellence. With Leslie Knope having won a seat on the Pawnee City Council, it's primed for new fun,...
A ratings darling it's not, but Parks and Recreation is undoubtedly one of the best comedies on TV. That NBC hasn't yet announced a season five is ridiculous. With "Win, Lose, or Draw" the show wraps up a genuinely awesome season 4 with the election results for city council. The finale doesn't disappoint - with a conclusion that works nicely considering this could...
The last "Parks and Recreation" episode until April 19th is solid comedy, highlighted by a terrific script from cast member Nick Offerman. The show heads to the NBC bench with a funny guest appearance by Sean Hayes, who encounters a rather tipsy Leslie Knope. It's getting redundant to call it another excellent episode of comedy, but that's how it is! See ya in a few weeks, 'Parks &...
It's back to the campaign trail for Team Knope on the latest "Parks and Recreation" as Leslie and Ben face Bobby Newport's slick new campaign manager. There are also water fountains and NC-17 rated things being done to said water fountains, which adds plenty of laughs to an overall enjoyable episode.

Love is the drug as "Parks and Recreation" takes on Valentines Day, a perfect backdrop to deliver plenty of laughs to go along with all the romance. "Operation Ann" provides a nice break from the Leslie Knope campaign trail, yet another fine TV demonstration of great writing and superb work from the cast. No signs of weakness this week as the show's stellar run this season continues.

Following last week's first-class episode, the hits just keep on coming for "Parks and Recreation", delivering yet another solid half-hour of comedy with "Bowling for Votes." There might have been a moment early on when it seemed as if the show would take a step back after last week's big success, but things revved up quickly, providing one laugh after another.

New year, same great comedy from "Parks and Recreation". After a sizzling first half of season 4, the 'Parks and Rec' story picks up where we left off - Leslie getting back into the race for city council and bringing her friends along for the ride! The first new episode of 2012 doesn't disappoint, setting the stage for plenty of laughs along the Leslie Knope campaign trail.

Not since Leaving Las Vegas has a film about death-by-consumption hit so hard. Mark Pellington’s I Melt With You mimics the debauchery of Fear And Loathing in Las Vegas and The Hangover so it's not for the faint of heart. There is vomiting. There are massive amounts of pills and booze, foul sexual jokes and enough cocaine to make Charlie...
When Thomas Jane, Mark Pellington, Rob Lowe, and Jeremy Piven made the junket rounds to promote their new film, I Melt With You, the conversation took an interesting turn. It quickly went from exchanging pleasantries to the exploration of what it means to be a man in America. It was fitting because for the actors to slip into character, and for Pellington to direct,...
