If we have any enthusiasm for this summer's Red 2, it's not because of the first film (which was passably entertaining), but because it's directed by Dean Parisot. If that name doesn't ring a bell, he was the director behind Galaxy Quest, which is one of the best films of the last fifteen years. Perhaps he has the magic powers to wake Bruce...

Well, we’ll say this for the trailer for the Bruce Willis-starring Red 2: at least it’s not another Die Hard sequel.  Even if it does feature Willis smirking his way through yet another action film for a paycheck, the trailer for Red 2 at least has a bit of charm and humor, even if it is a sequel to a film that was basically all empty calories.  Check it out...
