This must be the week for photo exclusives. First Bill Condon gave us a peek into the world of The Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn and now Summit Entertainment has released a photo from one of their other novel adaptations: The Three Musketeers. It’s director Paul W.S. Anderson’s take on the classic French tale, which features three fighters, a teenage runaway, and a beautiful woman. Over the past few months we’ve been hearing about Paul WS Anderson’s 3D version of the classic, The Three Musketeers. According to THR, casting is underway and an Oscar winner and a slew of familiar faces have signed on for the film. Expect to see Christoph Waltz, Milla Jovovich, Mads Mikkelsen, Ray Stevenson, Matthew Macfadyen, Luke Evans, and Logan Lerman all in Anderson’s epic adaptation.

Three beefy roles have been cast in Kenneth Branagh‘s upcoming live action adaptation of Thor. According to Variety, Stuart Townsend, Ray Stevenson, and Tadanobu Asano are all set to play the Warriors Three in the film. There were already rumors that the characters would be involved, so here are the actors attached to play them.

So many castings, so little time. A lot of news regarding some of your favorite actors and actresses has broken overnight. Here’s a rundown of who’s hooking up with who and for what project.
- Dwayne Johnson will be going back to his action roots with his latest film. The actor is in final negotiations to star in Faster, where he’ll play an ex-con trying to avenge his brothers death. The film will reteam the actor with Gridiron Gang director Phil Joanau. [Variety]
- After the greatness that was 2001′s The Score, Edward Norton and Robert De Niro are reuniting for another project. They will star in the indie thriller, Stone. De Niro will play “a correctional officer who is seduced by the wife of a convicted arsonist (Norton) up for parole.”[Variety]
- James McAvoy, Elizabeth Banks, Laura Linney, and Anna Friel will star in a comedy entitled, The Details. The film will be directed by Jacob Estes, who also wrote the screenplay featuring a couple who disagrees about how to handle a raccoon infestation in their backyard. [RopeofSilicon]

If you were a fan of the HBO period drama Rome I’ve got some great news for you. Ever since the short lived series got cancelled back in 2007, there’s been talk of a feature film version in the works. In a recent interview with Movie Web, former co-star Ray Stevenson (above) dropped the bomb that the Rome movie is happening! According to the actor the film’s screenplay is in “full development,” and he’s anxious to step back into the role of Titus Pullo. Check out the highlights from the interview after the jump.

More casting news for the Denzel Washington futuristic epic, The Book of Eli. As previously reported Washington will play the lead in the Hughes Brothers project that co-stars Gary Oldman, Mila Kunis, Ray Stevenson and Jennifer Beals. A new mystical element has been added to the film as Irish actor Michael Gambon has just joined the cast. According to THR, “Gambon will play one half of a strangle couple that holds onto old traditions in the futuristic tale.”

Denzel Washington will be teaming up with a familiar face in his futuristic, epic The Book of Eli. Star of the Showtime series The L Word, and 80′s dance icon, Jennifer Beals has just signed on to star in the film, alongside Washington, Gary Oldman, Ray Stevenson and Mila Kunis. It’s been a while since Beals has hit the big screen in a major film production, but she’s back and in a big way!
