That's it, and that's all for The Office. After nine seasons, it's time to say goodbye to all our friends at Dunder-Mifflin Scranton branch. The 200th and final episode of the venerable NBC series wraps it up with a lot of comedy, plenty of guest stars and, most importantly, one last round of memories from a great TV show.

It's the penultimate episode of The Office. Tying up loose ends and setting the stage for what should be a memorable series finale is at the heart of this enjoyable episode titled "A.A.R.M.".

Wes Anderson finally let some plot details slip on The Grand Budapest Hotel. He told a Los Angeles newspaper that his film will mostly be set during the late 1920s. It's not a lot of information, but it's more than we knew before. And Anderson finally cast his female lead. Hint: She's very young, and very talented. We also have the first teaser poster for...
When they’re not busy ruining any chance of survival that Community possibly had left, NBC has made a good decision or two this year—mainly to take The Office, long past its prime and all but begging for death, back behind the woodshed for a bullet. And that’s not all—the Dwight Schrute-based The Office spin-off known as The...
"Here Comes Treble" is both the latest and the last Halloween-themed episode of The Office, which has certainly turned in some memorable episodes through the years when it comes time to dress up the cast in funny costumes.

It's the beginning of the end for The Office. The NBC comedy returns from its summer hiatus with its ninth season premiere. In its first attempt (last season) to recapture the magic in a post-Steve Carrell Office, the show suffered. Even with the addition of the excellent James Spader - out after one season, along with Mindy...
After a steady decline in quality, writing, and humor of the past few seasons, the departure of series anchor Steve Carell, and the imminent departure of Mindy Kaling, B.J. Novak, and Rainn Wilson (who is getting a Dwight spin-off), no one would be too surprised if NBC finally did what had to be done, took the long-running The Office back...
After losing Steve Carell in 2011, it was pretty much the beginning of the end for the long running sitcom, The Office. First, there was news that showrunner Paul Lieberstein (also known as HR rep Toby) and Rainn Wilson were bailing to make a Dwight Schrute spin-off, then Mindy Kaling announced a new project (conveniently titled The...
It's not official, but it looks as if NBC will go with The Office for a ninth - and probably final - season. But there's still the business of wrapping up season eight, which is best described as inconsistent. It's always good to end on a high note. The Office did no such thing with "Free Family Portrait Studio". There's a few laughs and sweet moments, but...
The penultimate episode of season eight of The Office delivers many laughs, and sets the table for the finale of what has been an up-and-down season for the TV comedy. With a boozy Robert California in the thick of the storyline, along with vintage Jim and Dwight hi-jinks, "Turf War" should bring a smile to even the most dissatisfied fan of The...
With the Florida storyline wrapped up,"The Office" now has the whole ensemble back in Scranton, where Nellie shows up angling for Andy's job. He's down in Florida trying to close out the weekly 'Andy Loves Erin' segment of the show. Catherine Tate and James Spader deliver the comedy hits in the Rain Wilson-directed "Get the Girl" episode, which is uneven, but shines in enough...
"The Office" wraps up its sojourn to Florida with plenty of laughs and yet another Dwight-Jim confrontation. Robert California returns briefly, and the Erin-Andy story looks like it's about ready for a finale. An uneven episode is once again saved by the hijinks in Florida. Maybe they should just leave that group down there!

"The Office" was going to put together a solid episode this season sooner or later, and "Pool Party" was definitely it. Maybe it was the ensemble in their bathing suits, or Robert California's very specific, very x-rated vision for his expensive house, but plenty of positive things were happening in the episode, which resulted in an abundance of laughs.

The eighth season of "The Office" - the first without Steve Carell and his Michael Scott character - has been underwhelming thus far. There have been laughs and strong ensemble work, but the whole thing has been 'off,' for lack of a better description. With the holidays behind us, the comedy is back with new episodes, the first being "Trivia," which gets the second half of the...
