Directed by Robert Schwentke, The Time Traveler’s Wife, starring Eric Bana and Rachel McAdams, is a beautiful film that is sure to be a great date flick if you’re looking for a romance story with a twist. The film is based on the best-selling book by author Audrey Niffenegger, although it’s best to go into with a clear head because it does veer away from the novel.
The film has many great qualities that make it a solid film, but sadly it never reaches it’s full potential to be something extraordinary.
