A while back we brought you a small teaser trailer for the upcoming fantasy adaptation of Percy and The Olympians: The Lightning Thief. The new trailer makes its debut on the recently released X-Men Origins: Wolverine DVD, which hit shelves this past Tuesday.
The film centers on “Poseidon’s son, a 12-year-old boy, who sets out on a quest in present-day America to rescue his mother, return Zeus’ stolen lightning bolt and prevent a civil war from erupting among the gods.” The film is brought to you from the people behind Harry Potter so get ready for some phantasmic fun.

Talk about a short teaser trailer. Oscar winning director Roman Polanski just released a teaser promoting his upcoming film The Ghost. It stars Ewan McGregor and one of my favorite actors, Pierce Brosnan. If you’ve never heard of the film, this trailer will confuse you and freak you out at the same time. I’ve a watched it on four different occasions and I honestly don’t know what the hell’s going on. Can you tell me?

A teaser trailer has been released for the upcoming family film, Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Lightning Thief. The film’s directed by Chris Columbus and stars Pierce Brosnan, Uma Thurman, Sean Bean, Kevin McKidd, Catherine Keener, Rosario Dawson and Steve Coogan.
According to Coming Soon, the film centers on “Poseidon’s son, a 12-year-old boy,who sets out on a quest in present-day America to rescue his mother, return Zeus’ stolen lightning bolt and prevent a civil war from erupting among the gods.”

The cast of the Allen Coulter drama Remember Me has added a trio of stars to its roster. The film already features teen idol Robert Pattinson, whom fans have affectionately renamed R. Pattz. According to Empire, former Bond guy Pierce Brosnan, Lost cast member Emilie de Ravin and Oscar winner Chris Cooper are in final negotiations to join the film.

More dependable than your 401k, this coming Friday, James Bond returns for his 23rd adventure in “Quantum of Solace”. It’s been well reviewed so far with a positive tomatometer, should lead the box office this weekend and has already broken box office records in the UK. Initially most were skeptical that Daniel Craig would prove a fitting heir to the Bond throne, but the popularity and boffo revenues from “Casino Royale” has put that skepticism to rest. However, how does Craig’s reboot of the venerable series compare to the others on an economic basis? Or to put it another way, which Bond gives more bang for the buck?
