It appears that Izzie Stevens has finally come clean and announced her departure from her gig at Seattle Grace. Actress Katherine Heigl confirms in the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly that she has left “Grey’s Anatomy” and taken her rambunctious character with her. Weeks ago there was speculation that the she was done with the show when she didn’t return for work on March 1st, and now we know why.
