Hey, remember that horribly titled John Gotti biopic, Gotti: In The Shadow Of My Father, starring John Travolta? And remember that vaguely queasy feeling you got whenever you read about the film, due to the general sense that this movie—that at one point was rumored to star Lindsay Lohan—just sounded like a really bad idea? Well, Joe Pesci has decided to show up and do what Joe Pesci (or, rather, his characters) does best—namely, he’s gonna hit this thing in the kneecaps and get some money out of it.

Earlier this week it was confirmed that Martin Scorsese and Robert De Niro would join forces again for their ninth feature film entitled, The Irishman. De Niro has been talking about the film since early this spring and now it looks like everything’s really coming together. In an interview with MTV, he revealed that not only was he on board, but so was Al Pacino and Joe Pesci.

Mark Wahlberg is keeping himself busy with a lot of projects but we know for a fact that The Crow reboot won’t be one of them. On a lighter note, he has confirmed plans to star in another highly anticipated adaptation, Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune! Dun! Dun! Dun! Not only will Wahlberg play the lead in the film, but he might get a little acting support from Oscar winner’s Robert De Niro and Joe Pesci.

If Robert De Niro was to star in a film with both Al Pacino and Joe Pesci, would the world explode? It seems like it would. De Niro starred opposite Pesci in Raging Bull, Goodfellas, and Casino and alongside Pacino in Heat and Righteous Kill. According to Deadline, all 3 of the Oscar winners might unite on the screen for one big project, The Irishman.
