Well, drunk or not, we’ll always remember him as Harry Potter. Comedian Chris Rock told the L.A. Times that he’s got some serious plans for himself and Bridesmaids star Melissa McCarthy. And, Gary Oldman went on Jimmy Kimmel to cover this week’s episode of “Jersey Shore“. Catch up below.

Once again proving that the universe is essentially a meaningless, indifferent void bereft of reason or compassion, and that, in the end, all things lead to suffering, ryanseacrest.com (a.k.a., the seventh and final seal of the apocalypse) has loosed the final plague upon the Earth: the trailer for Jersey Shore Season 5.

Sigh. It’s that time again—the Jersey Shore is back, and this season, they’re going to Italy, because… I don’t know, actually. Maybe the vicious stereotyping of the Italian people in Jersey just wasn’t fun anymore, and so they needed to offend an entire country. Whatever the reason, I’m just left with too little energy to recap the episode for you. Check out the top ten quotes from the season four premiere—they, in all of their horror, describe the episode far better than I ever could.

Coming out of a third season with ratings stronger than ever (it’s MTV’s most popular show in the history of the network), the “Jersey Shore” cast members are no going to dominate the airwaves like never before. Jenni “J-Woww” Farley and Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi are getting a spin-off show, as will Paul “DJ Pauly D” Delvecchio for MTV. Both will get twelve episodes detailing their lives away from the core “Shore” group, with Delvecchio touring the country as a DJ, and the other featuring the two ladies living together.

If we’re gonna be honest in our opinion, we think this latest season of Jersey Shore has…sucked, basically. Sucked enough to jump the shark? Maybe. Since Jersey Shore is reality TV, we can’t really put the blame on sub-par writing or other typical ways a show goes into the crapper.
We can, however, put the blame squarely on Ronnie and Sam. Sure, there have been other reasons for the show’s decline since it came back to Seaside Heights – Mike, the show’s de facto star, lost his mojo and morphed into a huge d-bag, living in the same house and working the same jobs as season 1 made the scenery feel stale and regurgitated, the whole cast started play-acting for the cameras now that they know they’re stars, ect. – but none of those things made you want to crimp you own genitals like the never-ending, abusive relationship drama that is Ronnie and Sam.

Time to look back on the final episode of season three of Jersey Shore. As the cast’s time in Jersey comes to an end, they all take one last stab at fighting/drinking/screwing. Some succeed, some fail. Either way, we laugh.

It’s time to review season three’s penultimate episode (yeah, we thought last week was the penultimate episode, so sorry about that) of “Jersey Shore“. Things between Ronnie and Sammi are looking to come to a head as the season winds down, and we wonder how they can possibly be featured in Italy next season without burying the show permanently.
