How To Train Your Dragon Hiccup and Astrid 25 3 10 kc How To Train Your Dragon: Movie Review

How to Train Your Dragon is an unconventional, epic tale about one of the unlikeliest heroes you’ll ever meet. It’s the latest big budget animated feature from DreamWorks and it’s directed by the guys who brought you 2002′s Lilo & Stitch. I walked into the film expecting it to be “just another animation” with nothing out of the ordinary that would warrant your time or money — but I was proved wrong. From the animation to the voice work it proved itself tenfold, focusing not only on special effects but most importantly the story.

shes out of my league 7 1 10 kc Jay Baruchel in the Shes Out of My League Trailer

Jay Baruchel seems like such a sweet guy, which is why he’s believable at playing the shy, nerdy character in all of his films. While he’s mostly known for his supporting roles, he’s gotten a rare opportunity to star as the lead. In She’s Out of My League he plays an Average Joe, who lands a model girlfriend, and has no idea what to do with her. The first trailer has been released for the film, which looks like a mash up between The 40 Year Old Virgin and The Truth About Cats and Dogs

Why Does ‘Fanboys’ Keep Getting Dumped On?

25 fanboys lg Why Does Fanboys Keep Getting Dumped On?

In May of 2007, a good friend of mine got to attend the 30th anniversary celebration of Star Wars at the L.A. Convention Center. Fans were treated to some early footage of a little film that represented the true brotherhood of the Star Wars community. That film was Fanboys, and for almost two years now it has been avoiding theaters like the plague. If your like me, you’ve been following the roller coaster of drama that has surrounded the film and it’s distributors, The Weinstein Co. Fanboys release date has been pushed back several times within the past year and the cause seems to change each time. Rumors of storyline issues, re-shoots, and production problems make me wonder if business took the pleasure out of the Fanboy experience?
