Despite the Roland Emmerich glitz and glamour that has absolutely nothing to do with Shakespeare and the overt repetition of names like Marlowe and Jonson (remember, they wrote plays too!), Anonymous is a success and Emmerich, though some may question with such a topic and tease for a few of the EXTREME wide shots, has managed to capture what truly matters about Shakespeare, the written word.

It is hard to imagine actor Jamie Campbell-Bower has only been in the movie world for two years. He has already landed roles in Twilight’s sequel, New Moon and the next two Harry Potter movies. Campbell-Bower plays the leader of the Volturi in the second instalment of the vampire saga.  Of his character he says:

“His name is Caius and he is perpetually angry, I believe. He’s really upset because he, unlike the rest of the Volturi, doesn’t have any powers.”
