How to Train Your Dragon is an unconventional, epic tale about one of the unlikeliest heroes you’ll ever meet. It’s the latest big budget animated feature from DreamWorks and it’s directed by the guys who brought you 2002′s Lilo & Stitch. I walked into the film expecting it to be “just another animation” with nothing out of the ordinary that would warrant your time or money — but I was proved wrong. From the animation to the voice work it proved itself tenfold, focusing not only on special effects but most importantly the story.

A third and final trailer has been released for the DreamWorks animated film, How to Train Your Dragon. The last trailer we saw debuted back in December and a couple of months later we’ve got a new one. It premiered over at Yahoo, and shows more new footage which makes the film look a lot better than I thought.

A second trailer has been released by DreamWorks Animation for their upcoming film, How to Train Your Dragon. The studio takes a page out of the Disney, Princess and the Frog handbook by highlighting all of its previous films in the trailer as well as the new one. They throw in a little Shrek and some Kung Fu Panda for good measure, but it comes off as a bit tacky…

A theatrical trailer has been released for the DreamWorks animated feature, How to Train Your Dragon. Following in the footsteps of Kung Fu Panda, and the highly popular Shrek franchise, this film centers on an unlikely hero and his journey. It features the voice talent of Jay Baruchel as the lead character Hiccup, an aspiring dragon fighter. Baruchel’s just one of the many comedic actors who pop up in this film, so take a look at the trailer to see if you can recognize any of the other familiar voices.

The above image is part of the art for Dean DeBlois and Chris Sanders’ new movie How to Train Your Dragon starring Gerard Butler, Jay Baruchel, America Ferrara and Jonah Hill. The film is an adventure comedy set in the mythical world of burly Vikings and wild dragons, based on the book by Cressida Cowell. The story centers around a Viking teenager, who lives on the island of Berk, where fighting dragons is a way of life. With his initiation his one chance to prove his worthiness to his tribe and father coming, he encounters, and ultimately befriends, an injured dragon, and his world is turned upside down.
