Thursday, September 10, 2009 6:00PM - By Krystal Clark

takers trailer

Earlier today we posted the first teaser poster for the upcoming action film, Takers. To be completely honest, it looked horrible. My reaction wasn’t unwarranted, and plenty of our readers felt the same way, but one of them brought something to my attention. If you were terrified by the film’s poster, the trailer may be too hot for you to handle.

Here’s the first trailer for Takers…

As I write this post I’m fueled by anger and disappointment. I don’t know if some of you remember this or not, but about two years ago (give or take) it was announced that there would be an adaptation of the comic strip, Mandrake. Created by Lee Falk, Mandrake is about crime fighting magician who uses illusions and hypnosis to defeat his enemies. According to Superherohype, actors Hayden Christenson and Djimon Hounsou have signed on to star in the live action film, and I have no idea why.
