THR is saying that Ginnifer Goodwin (“Big Love”) and Nicholas Hoult (About a Boy) have both signed onto A Single Man. an adaptation of Christopher Isherwood’s 1964 novel. They will be joining fellow cast member Colin Firth, Julianne Moore, and Matthew Goode.

The story is about an English professor who, after the sudden death of his partner tries to go about his typical day in Los Angeles. Tom Ford will be directing that film with helped to adapt along with writer David Scearce.
