It’s been a long time since we’ve heard anything about George Lucas‘ upcoming Tuskegee war film Red Tails, but today we’ve got some news. According to FirstShowing, they’re reporting that the producer plans on doing a massive overhaul of the film that already wrapped production back in November. This can’t be a good sign.

According to THR, he’ll be embarking on a new filmmaking journey that will be a lot different from anything else we’ve seen from him. He’s doing a musical, but not just any musical. Indiana Jones V is coming to a theater near you sooner than later. After the massive commercial success of the last film Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of The Crystal Skull, talk quickly sprung up about another sequel. Soon after that, we got a slight confirmation from co-star Shia Labeouf that the story for a new film had been “cracked” by George Lucas and Steven Spielberg. Now, Harrison Ford is throwing in his two cents about the status of the script.

If you thought the Indiana Jones sequel rumors would die get over it because it’s not going to happen. In the past few weeks the internet has been buzzing with news that a fifth installment of the adventure franchise is on it’s way. First, co-star Shia Labeouf stated that super producer Steven Spielberg has “cracked a story” for the follow up to last year’s Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Now, a source is claiming that Indiana Jones himself is prepping to kick some more archaeological ass!

It was a no doubt memorable and terrifying night at Spike TV’s third annual Scream Awards at the Greek Theatre, which honors the best in the horror, science fiction and fantasy genres, as Sir Anthony Hopkins, Wes Craven and Tim Burton were honored and Christopher Nolan’s “The Dark Night,” swept 12 awards throughout the evening, including the the trophy for most coveted category, “Ultimate Scream.” Scenes from much anticipated releases “Friday the 13th,” “Watchmen” and “Twilight” saw their world premieres at the event as well.
Sir Anthony Hopkins received the “Legend Award,” while Tim Burton, who descended down to the stage in a hot-air balloon took home the “Scream Immortal Award” for his unique interpretation of horror and fantasy. Horror legend Wes Craven swept the “Scream Mastermind Award” for his contribution to the world of horror. The late Heath Ledger was also honored as he took away “Best Fantasy Actor” and “Best Villain.”
