Coming a full four years after the show should have ended (honestly, the show hasn’t been great since season three, and ran out of stories entirely by season four), House is finally coming to a finish at the end of the current season (we’re in the middle of season eight, in case you’re not keeping track). After eight years of desperately trying to find plotlines to match the superb acting skills of Hugh Laurie, and a full four years of limping onward (pardon the pun) simply because the show makes money, the show’s producers have decided to call it quits.

Because the kids sure do love those comic adaptations (right guys, right?) Fox has decided to take the comic book character The Punisher –a psychotic former Marine who launches a lifelong, mind-bogglingly violent campaign against crime after his wife and child are killed by the mob—into a television show. Which should work out pretty well, as The Punisher has so far been made into three—count ‘em, three—horrible, just plain horrible films, each one failing to launch a Punisher franchise.

Now that The Walking Dead is scoring killer ratings (no pun intended), lots of folks are looking to cash in on the rotting flesh craze, including the Fox network, as they are apparently developing Zombieland television series, which pretty much nixes the possibility of a Zombieland 2.

If “Glee” had a greatest episodes DVD package, ‘Asian F’ would be the leadliner. Last night’s episode proved that this show just keeps on getting better. It had great performances, shocking moments, and emotional drama. The writers were focusing hard on the development of the characters, and cutting out the fluff. Last night, the casting for West Side Story continued, Mercedes, who’s also after the part of Maria, revealed a new side of herself, Brittany, with the help of Santana, takes her presidential campaign to a whole new level, and we get to learn more about the quite Mike Chang. Here’s the breakdown on last night’s episode of “Glee.”

Making a move that will pretty much engender the hatred of, well, probably just about everyone, it appears as if the Fox network will be attempting to bring the axe down on the long-running The Simpsons cartoon. Why? As is the case with almost all things—money.

“Glee” returned with full force on Tuesday night. ‘I Am Unicorn’ was a heavy episode that featured mommy issues, unicorns and Broadway songs. Kurt is running for class president, Rachel is after the role of Maria in McKinley’s production of West Side Story, and Shelby a.k.a Rachel’s mom, a.k.a the lady that adopted Quinn and Puck’s baby, is back. The New Directions aren’t wasting any more time on silly homages to Lady Gaga, this time they are focusing on what’s important. The return of Shelby could mean a lot of things. Will Rachel and Shelby develop a mother/daughter relationship? Will Quinn and Puck be a part of Beth’s life?

The New Directions are back at McKinley High School after losing big at Nationals. The season opener ‘The Purple Piano Project’ featured a Hairspray number, glitter-bombs and a lot of talk about college. A lot of our main characters are seniors now so everyone is talking about the future, including a not-so-single Mr. Schuester. Luckily we have Jacob, he interviews all the Glee kids about their future plans for the year, and finds out more along the way. Mr. Schue gives out his first assignment, which is to recruit, recruit, recruit. But, as always, getting students to join the Glee club is no easy feat.
