The writer, producer, and director has been named as the man behind the next big screen Superman adaptation. Over the past few weeks there has been so much confusion regarding the DC superhero film and the separate prison thriller with the same name. Where are Sony’s priorities? Even though, their 2007 live action take on Ghost Rider made a decent amount of money at the box office, critically it was mediocre. Whatever the reason, the studio has decided to bring back Nicolas Cage and his flaming motorcycle. According to Variety, David S. Goyer is in early talks to pen the screenplay for the sequel, which will have Cage reprising his role as the Marvel anti-hero.

This films’s got a LOT of shit going on. MTV released a new trailer for David S. Goyer’s new horror film for 2009 “The Unborn” starring Odette Yustman, Gary Oldman, Cam Gigandet, Meagan Good, Jane Alexander, and Idris Elba.
The story is about a teenage girl, Casey Beldon (Odette Yustman) whose mother inexplicably left her when she was a child. As Casy grows older she begins to find out why she left. She had a twin brother when she was younger that died. Casy begins to become plagued with nightmares and a tortured ghost that haunts her, so she turns to Sendak (Gary Oldman), who uncovers the source of a family curse. Her brother was so evil that when he died, he was denied entrance to heaven. Now he wants back on earth and he needs to find a body to bear him.
