One of the joys of Comic-Con is seeing grown adults take acting like a 7-year-old very seriously. Everyone makes fun of everyone else for being a “nerd” and yet they do so while dressed up as a Wookie. Somewhere deep in all Comic-Con-ers hearts they know that if they’re lining up for 5 hours to see a 3 minute clip of a movie, or 45 minutes for a “really cool ___ pin,” whatever your choice may be, you’re a nerd. Will Ferrell really likes to get into character and his latest film Megamind will have him taking a walk on the dark side. The actor appeared alongside co-stars Tina Fey and Jonah Hill at the 2010 San Diego Comic-Con dressed from head to toe as his animated character. One of the most anticipated press conferences that took place at this year’s Comic-Con was Warner Bros’ Green Lantern. Last week the studio unleashed the first photos, this week we got some character posters and now we have an interview with the man himself Ryan Reynolds, along with co-stars Blake Lively, Peter Sarsgaard, Mark Strong, and director Martin Campbell.

Who’s ready to watch Alice in Wonderland with machine guns?! It may sound crazy but that’s how director Zack Snyder has described his latest live action film Sucker Punch. The movie’s main characters are all female, including a talented actress Snyder has already worked with in the past. At the official Comic-Con press conference for the film the director along with stars Carla Gugino (Watchmen), Jamie Chung, Jena Malone, Vanessa Hudgens, and Emily Browning were all in attendance.

The cast and creators of The CW hit “Supernatural” appeared at the 2010 San Diego Comic-Con including creator Eric Kripke. Kripke decided to step down from the show after the 5th season but explained to the audience in attendance that he still plans on being involved with the production.
