The annual WGA Awards fills me with delight, only because it's giving much needed credit to a number of screenwriters who should be receiving more love for their work. It seems Ethan Hawke is an awesome liar – who knew? Just last week reports were in that work had begun on filming Before Midnight, a sequel to Richard Linklater’s Before Sunrise and Before Sunset, and from the impression Hawke gave, the shooting was very much in the preliminary stages. Now word is out that the film wrapped last night.
