The Avatar sequel talk will never die down, so for those of you who have been patiently waiting on some concrete info we’ve got it! According to Variety, director James Cameron plans on delving into the world of Pandora for a second and third time. This weekend Avatar will once again be played in theaters across the world as part of a “special edition” that includes over 8 minutes of new footage. To those of you who held off on buying the Avatar DVD last spring, your reward is near. The original bare bones edition was released on April 22nd and featured the film and that’s about it. Therefore, we decided to wait for the special edition because we knew Fox and James Cameron had something else up their sleeve.
