According to a report from Variety, Wesley Snipes will join forces with “Walker Texas Ranger” aka Chuck Norris for an upcoming martial arts comedy. A theatrical trailer has been released for Antoine Fuqua‘s urban drama, Brooklyn’s Finest. The film stars Richard Gere, Don Cheadle, Ethan Hawke, Jesse Williams, and Wesley Snipes, and centers on the contrast between loyalty and corruption inside a local New York police department.

Where has Wesley Snipes been for the past few years? With the exception of the upcoming Antoine Fuqua film Brooklyn’s Finest, he’s been M.I.A. from the movie scene. His last big budget project was the third and hopefully final installment of the Blade franchise, and that’s about it. According to Variety, director Abel Ferrara is reuniting with his King of New York star for another project entitled, Game of Death.
