This weekend, the movie industry felat celebrates itself by having a gala party and giving 20% or less of the people there awards. It's a big weekend for movies, except the ones in theaters.
Well, it's no surprise that A Good Day to Die Hard ended up on top, but was it a quick victory, or signs of new life in a quarter-century old franchise? We'll know next week. Originally, the first two Die Hard films were set on Christmas (even though both were summer movies). By the third film, there was no set holiday (school was still in session, that much is sure), while the fourth film played up it's Independence Day release date. As A Good Day to Die Hard is coming out for Valentine's Day, we would hope - but...
