There are so many remakes being produced that it’s easy to forget what’s being done. A while ago it was announced that the 1984 Robert Zemeckis film Romancing the Stone was being remade, and for the most part the news fell on deaf ears. Fox is still pushing the idea and may have found a director in the form of The Ugly Truth’s Robert Luketic.
