Over at Yahoo, they’ve unleashed a new video promoting Rob Marshall‘s upcoming musical Nine. Unlike traditional trailers, this is a behind the scenes rehearsal featurette that intertwines with shots from the actual film. It’s quite entertaining, and you get to see the actors out of character. The video highlights the ladies of the cast (sorry Daniel), so check out their hard work in action.

Rob Marshall‘s latest musical feature Nine, has been slated for a November 25th release for a while, but now that date has come into question. Over at Rope of Silicon, they’re stating that the film has been pushed back a month to Christmas Day. They supposedly got word directly from The Weinstein Co regarding the shift in the film’s schedule.

The Rob Marshall adaptation of Nine will be at a theater near you starting November 25th, and the studio has been marketing the film like crazy. Two new photos from the musical have been released, and they feature Oscar winners Daniel Day-Lewis and Penelope Cruz. After taking a good look at both images, they have to be two of the most depressing photos I’ve ever seen. I know the film is about the highs and the lows of show business, but yeesh!

From Rob Marshal, the director of Chicago, comes another draw dropping, sexy, film about a Director’s life in the theater (well at least from Marshal’s imaginative perspective) call Nine. The cast alone is enough to make this an amazing film. Check this out: The film stars Daniel Day-Lewis, Marion Cotillard, Penélope Cruz, Judi Dench, Nicole Kidman, Kate Hudson, and even Sophia Loren. Almost every single person in this film has one at LEAST one Oscar.
