Lionsgate and Sam Raimi‘s Ghost House Pictures have teamed up to release a new horror film, Burst 3D. In addition, Neil Marshall, writer and director of The Decent, has been chosen to direct the film. The movie is about a group of travelers who are stranded together during a blizzard, but an evil force is lurking and causing people to randomly explode. Doesn’t that sound delightful?

Could it be true that the man who brought us such sci-fi/ horror films as Doomsday and The Descent is taking on Predators? Predators is the reboot of the 1980′s franchise that featured Arnold Schwarzenegger and every other athlete turned actor during that decade. I’m sure I’m not the only one who thought that Robert Rodriguez would be directing the updated version, but he’s not and it appears that Neil Marshall is.

We get a little sneak peek of Olga Kurylenko playing a now snow covered and face painted femme fatale, in Neil Marshall’s Centurion. Seems as if the she’s been a bit type casted, but the hot, brooding, bad-ass is not necessarily a bad role to be stuck in for a little while. Although this role is even more cut throat than the last.

Empire spoke with writer, Director Neil Marshall who said that her character “Etain is kind of revenge incarnate… Her family were butchered by the Romans, she had her tongue cut out by the Romans, she’s had a hell of a time and she’s out for Roman blood.”

It sure seems like Hollywood doesn’t want to give her a lot of lines, but she certainly knows how to look the part. Check out the first photo of her below…
