This year we’ll see the long gestating sequel to the Oliver Stone eighties flick, Wall Street emerge from the ashes. The new film is called Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps and it stars Shia Labeouf as a young trader who bites off more than he can chew in the dog eat dog world of the stock market. Over at USA Today, they debuted some high quality photos from the film that feature the young actor trading in his t-shirt and jeans for a few custom suits and some hair gel.

An official photo has been released for the DC Comics based film, Jonah Hex. It stars Josh Brolin as the title character who’s a gunslinger in the Old West. The film’s directed by Jimmy Hayward and will also feature Megan Fox and Michael Fassbender. Over at Omelete they’ve posted the new image that gives us a nice silhouette of Mr. Hex.

It’s been a long time since I felt the need to say this, but “Oh snap!” According to Variety, Josh Brolin and Matt Damon are in talks to star in the Coen Brothers remake of True Grit. That’s right, the 1969 western that earned John Wayne his Oscar is still being remade by the duo. As we previously announced last month, Jeff Bridges will take on Wayne’s famous role as Cogburn, a man out for revenge.

One of the films in question was Cartel, a remake of the 1993 Italian film La scorta, which revolves around a clash between mob bosses and four cops as they attempt to protect a prosecutor. The promotion for Women in Trouble has been a little too under the radar for my taste. We’ve barely seen a trailer or even a teaser promoting the movie, which is doing it a real disservice. It stars Carla Gugino as a porn star named Elektra Luxx, in the film directed by Sebastian Gutierrez. If you think these two are a great combo, you should check out the rest of the extensive cast.

Yesterday, we got a chance to speak with Josh Brolin, Megan Fox, Jimmy Hayward, and Michael Fassbender for their upcoming film Jonah Hex at Comic-Con. Brolin was packing a dark, brooding, and dry humor, but was fully supporting his new film and fellow cast members. Megan Fox was far more well behaved than in the Transformers press conference a little while ago, although she still wouldn’t stop pouting her lips.
