Last night Jimmy Kimmel had the uncomfortable task of being a guest on “The Jay Leno Show.” The host appeared via satellite but still made Leno feel like crap from a distance. He gave Leno a good scolding regarding the whole NBC, late-night shake up and it was obvious after watching his segment that Kimmel is on Team Coco…

The country hasn’t been this divided since the infamous Team Edward versus Team Jacob phenomenon, because no one can escape the war that’s brewing in late night TV. For the most part, viewers are unanimously behind current “Tonight Show” host Conan O’Brien who recently gave NBC an ultimatum regarding his gig on the show. If they push it back a half an hour to accommodate another series for Jay Leno, he’s out. After all the hoopla that’s being generated, some reports are stating that Leno might finally take the hint and leave the network for good.

Last night on “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” the host continued to capitalize on the ongoing late night war between Jay Leno, Conan O’Brien, and NBC. Kimmel appeared on the show not as himself, but as a Leno sporting a gray wig, prosthetic chin, and an annoying lisp.
