If you like bad movies, then this week is a time to celebrate, as both The Losers and Cop Out bring their questionable credentials into your house on DVD. If you let them. They’re joined on DVD by the super-hyped The Runaways and a show that your grandparents are certain to love.

Kevin Smith may have trouble squeezing into an airplane seat, but he’s got no problem filling the director’s chair for his latest film, Cop Out. The film puts an R-rated comedic spin on the buddy cop genre with Bruce Willis and Tracy Morgan starring as veteran NYPD officers attempting to track down some stolen baseball cards. Unfortunately, Smith was able to derive more entertainment from his recent Southwest-bashing tweets than he was from this feature film.

The first trailer for Kevin Smith’s latest film has finally been released and it’s seriously lacking. The film was originally entitled A Couple of Dicks, which was too hardcore so they switched it to A Couple of Cops, and now it’s Cop Out, which is quite fitting. It features Bruce Willis and Tracy Morgan doing their spin on the buddy cop action flicks of the eighties…

There are a few cast additions to Kevin Smith‘s new movie, A Couple of Dicks. One of the cast additions would excite a Kevin Smith fan; Jason Lee set to appear in the movie! Although Lee won’t appear as a lead role in the movie, he will grace us with his presence for a little while. Michelle Trachtenberg and Jim Norton have also signed onto the movie. A Couple of Dicks stars Bruce Willis and Tracy Morgan as two cops on the hunt for a mint-condition baseball card and all the adventures along the way. Trachtenberg is to play the daughter of Bruce Willis, and Jason Lee plays the stepfather of Trachtenberg. The movie also starts Sean William Scott, Kevin Pollack, and Adam Bordy.
Production is going strong for the upcoming Kevin Smith cop comedy, A Couple of Dicks. The film stars Bruce Willis and Tracy Morgan as two cops on the hunt for a stolen baseball card, who get mixed up with drug laundering, gangsters and a Mexican beauty. Seann William Scott and Adam Brody also star in the film as a criminal and detective. Scott will play a professional thief who’s been coined the “Shit Bandit,” while Brody is an abrasive detective who is forced to work with Willis and Morgan.
