We’re convinced that Jennifer Aniston is afraid of change because over the past few years she’s played the same character in all her films. She needs to pull a Julia Roberts and do an Erin Brockovich type role so we can be reminded that she has acting range. Earlier this morning we reported that he landed the coveted gig of the sexy vampire in DreamWorks’ Fright Night remake and now he’s signed on to star in director David Cronenberg’s upcoming film, Cosmopolis. Farrell won’t be alone because according to Variety, Oscar winner Marion Cotillard will be his leading lady.

The Terry Gilliam film, The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus won’t hit theaters until three months down the line on December 25th. The film features Heath Ledger‘s last performance, has been a hot topic ever since the actor’s unfortunate passing. The highly anticipated last film of Heath Ledger will finally get a stateside release. According to FirstShowing, Sony Pictures Classics has acquired The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus and will distribute it domestically. For months, rumors have been circulating about when the film will hit theaters, with the most recent theory pointing towards this December.
