According to Yahoo, the film entitled America’s Game: 2009 New Orleans Saints, will get a little help from Benjamin Button when it debuts on the NFL network on September 8th.
DreamWorks Animation has released a new trailer for their superhero/villain movie Megamind on Yahoo. The film stars Will Ferrell as the title character and Brad Pitt as his arch-nemesis Metroman. Hollywood’s remake obsession refuses to die, with their latest victim being the popular Western, Gunsmoke. That’s right, I’m referring to the television series that ran from 1955 – 1975 that took place in infamous Dodge City, Kansas. A lot of people grew up on that show, and now some genius in a studio boardroom wants to bring it to the big screen.
A dark cloud has hovered over the George Miller sequel Happy Feet 2, ever since the unexpected death of one of the first film’s leading voices, Brittany Murphy. There’s been no word on who will replace the actress for the follow up but according to Movieline two of Hollywood’s biggest leading men have recently signed on.
Immediately the music front dove in to help the estimated 3 million people who are in need in Haiti and Hollywood soon followed in the action. Wyclef Jean, who is known for being part of the Fugees, is also a native of Haiti himself and was one of the first musicians to tweet about his concern for the country’s state of disaster and help set up the Haiti Earthquake Fund for people to easily give $5 to (details below). It’s no big surprise that humanitarian couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt joined Wyclef and others in their efforts to raise money, the couple gave $1 million dollars towards Doctors Without Border.

The actor will take on the role of producer for the upcoming film adaptation of Dark Void. Void is an upcoming computer game title that’s produced by Capcom, and has potential to become a movie franchise.
A while back there were so many rumors about Brad Pitt appearing in the Guy Ritchie adaption of Sherlock Holmes. The role in question was of Moriarty, a well known villain in the Holmes book series. The rumor was quickly debunked by Warner Bros, but now it’s starting to rear its ugly head once again. This time, speculation has Pitt appearing in the sequel to the upcoming film that hasn’t even hit theaters yet.
