Last night the television networks went crazy when over 100 channels premiered a five minute clip from the Roland Emmerich film, 2012. The footage will look eerily familiar to those of you who attended the movie’s panel at this year’s Comic-Con. It’s pretty much the same footage, but they edited out a swear word or two for general audience purposes. The language may be different, but the onslaught of destruction stays the same.

The Roland Emmerich disaster flick, 2012 won’t hit theaters for another two months, but we’ve got just the thing to tide you over. If anything, it gives a visual of what it truly means to be calm in the center of a storm.

In promotion of the upcoming doomsday epic 2012, MSN’s Parallel Universe has got a sweet deal for you. The premise for the latest Roland Emmerich film depicts the majority of mankind being wiped out by a global natural disaster (surprise!). With that in mind, who will lead the few survivors that are left behind? This is the part where you come in.
