With each new Guild list of nominations, the playing field for the 2014 Oscars gets more and more cemented. The Producers Guild of America unleashed their picks for the best of 2013, and films like American Hustle and The Wolf of Wall Street made the cut.

The full list is included below and also offers their television and online picks as well, but because the Oscars nominations haven’t been announced yet, this serves to help measure where the Oscar buzz is going. Other than the fact that Lee Daniels’ The Butler wasn’t nominated, the biggest surprise is the appearance of Her, which is currently in limited release and hasn’t received a lot of awards attention yet, even if it’s been on a number of top ten lists. The appearance of Woody Allen‘s Blue Jasmine suggests that Cate Blanchett has a very strong chance at winning the best actress Oscar, while the TV nominations suggest that Breaking Bad is going to win another award this year.

Otherwise, it’s all pretty familiar, though it’s no surprise to see Hustle, Captain PhillipsDallas Buyers Club, Gravity, Nebraska, and 12 Years a Slave nominated, there’s no sense from this that there’s a clear front-runner, and perhaps there won’t be one.
