Now that we’re exiting the period of blockbusters and superhero tales, Marvel’s getting ready to release the DVD/Blu-ray for the movie that kicked off the 2013 summer movie season, Iron Man 3. While the flick won’t hit shelves ’til late September, two new clips have emerged online. Check them out below.

The first clip features Sir Ben Kingsley‘s Mandarin communicating with one of his operatives before going on TV and to deliver a threatening message to the world. The second clip is actually a gag reel featuring Robert Downey Jr. cracking up, singing and talking in a British accent. Check them out:

Iron Man 3, which still holds the title for biggest money-making movie of 2013, also starred Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, Guy Pearce, Rebecca Hall, Stephanie Szostak, James Badge Dale, Jon Favreau, and Wang Xuequi. The superhero movie will be released digitally on September 3rd and will hit DVD and Blu-ray September 24th. The Blu-ray also includes an audio commentary with director Shane Black, making-of featurettes, gag reel, a behind-the-scenes look at the next Marvel Studios movie Thor: The Dark World and the new “Marvel One Shot” short Agent Carter starring Hayley Atwell.

Will you be buying Iron Man 3 on DVD and/or Blu-ray in September?
