It looks like Emma Watson won’t be a Disney princess after all. News broke this week that she turned down the role in the live action movie Cinderella. Also, IFC offered some new updates on the upcoming Marc Maron show, Maron. And author Seth Grahame-Smith teased a mysterious Beetlejuice photo. All that and more below.

  • Maron Will Premiere In May: One of the shows that we’re very excited for is Marc Maron’s WTF-based series Maron, where he plays a fictionalized version of himself. EW announced that the new IFC show will premiere on May 3 at 10 PM. The first season will be filled with celebrities like Adam Scott, Ken Jeong, Mark Duplass, Aubrey Plaza and Danny Trejo. Some of his guests will be playing versions of themselves, which is always fun.
  • Jane Got A Gun Loses Hero, Gains New Villain: Michael Fassbender won’t save Natalie Portman in Jane Got A Gun. The actor has exited the film; Joel Edgerton, who was previously set to play the villain, will replace him. Jude Law will step in to play the bad guy for Edgerton. According to THR, Fassbender left the project due to some scheduling conflicts. While we’re sad to see him go, it’ll be nice to see Portman and Law together again.
  • Adam Driver Joins Comedy: The actor who plays the most controversial character on Girls‘ has been cast in a new comedy starring Jason Bateman and Tina Fey. The film, titled This Is Where I Leave You, will center on a man whose father dies and tasks his dysfunctional family to spend a week under the same roof (as his final request). Adam Driver will play the rebellious brother of the family. Goodie! Source: EW
  • Emma Watson Won’t Be A Disney Princess: Earlier this week, Variety‘s Marc Graser tweeted that Emma Watson decided to pass on Disney’s Cinderella. Watson has other projects in the works, including possibly starring in Focus Features’ 50 Shades of Grey (as uncovered by Anonymous). Cate Blanchett will still play the evil step-mother. Maybe now that Watson is out of the picture, the studio will consider Saoirse Ronan.
  • Burning Love: Yesterday there was a new episode of Burning Love, the scripted web series that parodies shows like The Bachelor and The Bachelorette. If you missed it, well then you might want to catch up ASAP so you can watch today’s new episode on Yahoo!. Head over to Vulture to watch a preview of the upcoming episode.
  • Dogs And Celebrities: Unreality Magazine posted a hilarious gallery of celebrities and their dog dopplegangers. There’s one for Taylor Swift, Ron Pearlman, and Donald Trump. Check it out.

  • Dark Feed Trailer: You might’ve, might’ve not heard of Dark Feed. It’s a horror film by the Rasmussen Brothers who wrote John Carpenter‘s The Ward. Dark Feed follows a group of young professionals who are terrorized while working at an abandoned psychiatric hospital. Check it out:

  • Roman Polanski: Odd Man Out Trailer: Marina Zenovich is following her 2008 film Roman Polanski: Wanted and Desired with Roman Polanski: Odd Man Out, which covers the media circus that surrounded the filmmaker’s 10-month house arrest. The film will be available On Demand on March 26. Here’s the trailer:

  • Beetlejuice Sequel Still On?: Listen up Beetlejuice fans ’cause we’ve got some news about the sequel. Pride and Prejudice and Zombies author Seth Grahame-Smith recently tweeted a photo of what looks to be Keaton in his Beetlejuice costume. He didn’t actually say that the man in costume was Keaton, but that’s just because Hollywood loves to tease us. Here’s the photo (who do you think it is?):
