Despite the fact that The Dark Knight Rises opens wide on Thursday night at midnight, Warner Bros. is still churning out TV spot after TV spot and trailer after trailer for film, in what seems to be a bid to at least come close to The Avengers’ box office dominion earlier this summer—if not somehow better it.  As such, we have three new TV spots, each of which mesh new and previously released footage, along with a slew of critic’s blurbs, laughs, and blurry Christopher Nolan action.

The first TV spot is a critical round-up teaser, that—if you pay close attention—features several slivers of new scenes:

The second TV spot is yet another review roundup, but with a different tone and a few extra new shots:

Finally, the third TV spot is a countdown to the film’s release seems to be another in the increasing line of “Is Batman gonna die in this?  He’s gonna die in this, isn’t he?” style trailers and teasers, but with a little extra post-The Avengers humor.

The Dark Knight Rises stars Christian Bale, Anne Hathaway, Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Morgan Freeman, Marion Cotillard, and Michael Caine, and is set for a July 20 release.
