It’s time to catch up on this week’s news. First off, we’ve got another sequel in the works. Even though the Project X just hit theaters last week, there’s already someone busy writing a script for a Part II. Also, we’ve got some cool photos of some of your favorite heroes as tiny people. We’ve also got a neat clip of the cast from Superbad, and a spoof trailer from The Muppets. All that and more below.

  • Project X II: The critics might’ve hated Project X for being a plotless party movie, but a sequel is already in the works. Word from THR is that Michael Bacall, who co-wrote the screenplay, is busy writing a treatment for the sequel. The movie was made on a budget of $12 million, and has already seen some major profit (it had an opening weekend of $21 million). It’s unclear yet on whether the next movie will focus on the same three dudes or not.
  • Angie Turns Down Sequel Script: What do you do when Angie Jolie doesn’t like your script? Well, you re-write until she does. That’s what happening with the script for Salt 2, which Ms. Jolie reportedly rejected. ONTD says that writer Kurt Wimmer, who wrote the first film, is working on a revision that will make the actress happy.
  • Movie Characters With OCD: This week, Unreality Magazine put together a list of ‘Six Movies That Emphasize a Characters With O.C.D.’, including As Good As It Gets, The Aviator and The Odd Couple. Go check it out.
  • Learn Yoga With Star Wars: Wanna learn yoga? Let Star Wars teach you how. Head over to Unreality Magazine and learn all sorts of yoga including ‘Vader Yoga’, ‘Boba Yoga’ and ‘Yoda Yoga’.

  • Superbad Table Read: Slashfilm posted this super cool video of Jonah Hill, Michael Cera and Emma Stone doing the table read for 2007′s original Project X, Superbad. Unfortunately they don’t read the entire script, but it’s still pretty funny stuff.

  • The Muppets Parody The Hunger Games: And lastly, we have the Muppets parodying The Hunger Games. Just a little video to remind us that the DVD hits stores on March 20th!
