Oh, boy. So we’re doing this again, huh, internet? Ok then—you win, stupid internet memes, you win.
According to Online Journal, “a Bigfoot video clip filmed this week in North Carolina has the world talking about the mythical and debatable creature.” Apparently, a Shelby, North Carolina man named Thomas Byers got a friend to dress up in a monkey suit, switched his video camera to extreme out of focus, and then told his friend to run across a road managed to grab blurred and shaky footage (of course) of what he claims to be Bigfoot crossing a road (note that the beast does not look left, right, and then left again—the savagery!). Check it out:
Byers then emailed his local news station with the footage, which was filmed on “Golden Valley Church Road in Rutherford County North Carolina on Tuesday night.”
In his email, Byers wrote that, “It ran across the road and into the woods right in front of us and I was able to film it. In the short video you can hear it snarl or growl at me.”
He also notes that the missing link between man and beast had less than Emily Post manners and hygiene:
“One thing I know is the smell of it was horrid. It smelled like a cross between road kill and a skunk. And it did not like the fact that I was there on the road with it. In the video you can hear it snarl or growl at me as it crosses the road.”
So check out the video above, and let’s all pitch in together to give Byers his government allotted 11 seconds of trending fame that all human beings are now entitled to. And let’s hope that poor man-beast gets back home to John Lithgow and the kids. They miss him.
Check out this and past Bigfoots….
What do you think of the Bigfoot footage?
