HOP TRAILER – Easter’s on the way and with it comes the tale of a fluffy little bunny trying to follow his dream — to become a drummer. Hop mixes a number of different ideas and styles – there are number of adult ideas (including some different types of Hollywood bunnies) with a sweet, kiddy story and a mixture of art animation with live action. Seems like it’s taking it all on at once! Will it be amazing or will it be bunny droppings (which are in the trailer not suprirsingly – nothing like a but of poo humor)? We’ll have our review for you soon but until then check out the trailer and some more pictures from the film…

I never knew that’s how they made chocolate bunnies… or jelly beans… I really hope this film doesn’t destroy candy for me.

In case you couldn’t tell E.B. (which if you can’t figure out what that stands for you should go watch your microwave cook something) is voiced by the intentionally zany and quite long-legged Russell Brand, who also has his other film Arthur coming out the following weekend – double trouble. James Marsden is our connection with reality and you’ll regonize a number of other well-known, comedic voices including those by Hank Azaria, Gary Cole, Elizabeth Perkins, David Hasselhoff, Chelsea Handler and Hugh Laurie

The film is helmed by Tim Hill, director of the blockbuster Alvin and the Chipmunks and produced by Chris Meledandri’s Illumination Entertainment (which explains all the Despicable Me minions – since he and Universal made that).
