Some new clips from George Nolfi‘s upcoming thriller, The Adjustment Bureau have just been released and have confirmed that Matt Damon’s character is in fact in love. Just to prove it, EVERY scene seems to be about his character being in love, with a bit of mind-reading and world-swapping in the midst of his love story. My fear, too much pining and not enough psychedelic mind-blowing.
The film has an all-star cast led by one of my favorite non-movie stars who happens to be a movie star, Matt Damon whose character is be chasing after the lovely Emily Blunt — who is hot enough that she can throw your phone in a cup of coffee and apparently you just don’t care! I wish I knew what that was like. And then there is the impressive supporting cast Anthony Mackie, John Slaterry (who just can’t seem to get out of his 60′s suit and is always “a professional that fucks with you”), Daniel Dae Kim, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Michael Kelly and Terence Stamp. All of whom are featured in the new clips below…
See, when you’re that pretty you can get away with JUST about anything… The question is, why the third perspective from behind? Who’s watching them?
The Plan (more of this please!):
I love Slaterry — he’s always so damn cool. And the man knows how to rock a suit and hat.
In Your MIND — just remember he’s in love:
Sill for Love:
Can get away with anything AND they’re in love…
No Matter What:
And of course… RUN!!!!:
The Adjustment Bureau debuts in theaters nationwide on its new release date March 4th, 2011.
Are you enticed? Is it the romance or the idea that gets you?
