A lot of you are still fuming over The SyFy Channel’s decision to cancel the “Battlestar Galactica“ spin-off “Caprica.” You just don’t feel like the network gave it a fair shot. It sucks but there’s nothing we can do about it now, we have to move forward and try to embrace their next prequel entitled, “Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome.” Over at Blastr, they’ve released some concept art from the new series that gives us an idea of what we’re in for. Take a look…
We have to admit that these photos don’t look as bad as we’d hoped. As fans of “Caprica” we’ve been harboring some bitter feelings towards “Blood & Chrome” even though there’s nothing we can do about its existence. Does the show look better or worse than what “Caprica” offered?
Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome takes place in the 10th year of the first Cylon war. As the battle between humans and their creation, a sentient robotic race, rages across the 12 colonial worlds, a brash rookie viper pilot enters the fray. Ensign William Adama, barely in his 20′s and a recent Academy graduate, finds himself assigned to the newest battlestar in the Colonial fleet’ the Galactica. The talented but hot-headed risk-taker soon finds himself leading a dangerous top secret mission that, if successful, will turn the tide of the decade long war in favor of the desperate fleet.
