Did you enjoy this year’s Clash of the Titans remake? For the most part, people thought it could have been better and the 3D was simply atrocious. Warner Bros is hoping to make amends for that (and more money in the process) with their sequel entitled Wrath of the Titans, which will once again star Sam Worthington as the demigod Perseus, the unsuspecting son of Zeus. The Australian actor recently spoke to Moviefone about the faults of the first film and the improvements they’re hoping to make on the next…

“I just think we can improve on it. I think the first one, we kind of let down some people. And yeah, I totally agree. The only point of doing a sequel is either the audience demands it or you believe you can better the first one. What we’re setting out to do with this one — the writers and the director and myself — is improve. I think I can act fucking better, to be honest … Just take all the notes from people that I have been reading about on the ‘net and give them a movie they fucking want. This one I want to kind of try to satisfy a lot more people.”

There you go, Worthington reads all the comments and remarks that fans make and he takes them to heart. In terms of improvements we’ve heard that Wrath will be shot in 3D unlike its converted predecessor so that will be a step in the right direction.

Wrath of the Titans is scheduled to hit theaters on March 30, 2012.

Do you think Wrath of the Titans will do better than Clash?
