Were you a fan of Russell Brand’s vocal performance in this year’s Despicable Me? If so, you’re in luck because there’s more where that came from. The British actor will appear in another animated film for Universal Pictures entitled Hop. As you might suspect, the film has to do with a bunny rabbit but not just any bunny, the Easter Bunny! Over on the official Facebook page for Hop they’ve released the first teaser poster for the film featuring the character. Take a look…

Hop centers on an out of work slacker named Fred, who accidentally injures the Easter Bunny and must take him in as he recovers. Fred is voiced by James Marsden, and the rest of the cast includes, Kaley Cuoco, Elizabeth Perkins and Hugh Laurie. Check out the full poster and tell us what you think.

This isn’t the Easter Bunny we remember from back in the day. He’s dressed in grunge and is a drummer! Also, what’s up with the little birdie doing the splits and rocking out with the Devil’s horns? This is not going to be your grandmother’s Easter movie.

Hop hits theaters on April 1.
