Warner Bros is still trying to prove that their upcoming Yogi Bear adaptation is better than the rest with this new trailer. IGN, got first dibs on the video that features some fresh footage and more food stealing hijinks from Yogi and his sidekick Boo Boo. The film stars Dan Aykroyd in the title role with Justin Timberlake voicing his younger, more reasonable companion. If you hated the first trailer, take comfort in knowing that this one is slightly better…

Yogi Bear is a live-action-CGI hybrid that features plenty of real people such as Tom Cavanagh and Anna Faris. They serve as foils for the constantly hungry bear who makes it his business to steal food (especially sandwiches) from the patrons at Jellystone Park. His latest need to feed couldn’t come at a worse time, the park has been losing money and the corrupt mayor has plans to shut it down.

Faced with his biggest challenge ever, Yogi must prove that he really is “smarter than the average bear” as he and Boo Boo join forces with their old nemesis Ranger Smith to find a way to save Jellystone Park from closing forever. Timberlake’s Boo Boo voice is really working for us here, but Aykroyd not so much. It sounds like he’s doing a bad impression of what the character sounded like in the cartoon but it’s not working.

Yogi Bear hits theaters on December 17th.
